I was a "first timer" today. EVERYONE I had contact with were warmm, friendly and helpful. Met Dr. Nayak and within a minute, I knew I was in good hands. He was patient, listened to me and offered solutions. Dr. S (long name) alsShow moreo was thorough, knowledgable and helpful. The whole experience was wonderful..Thank you all. The one suggestion I have is, you need more signage directing patients to your new building. BUT, once you find them, they're the best! :)
The examination and entire visit lasted less than 5 minutes and the purpose of my visit was dismissed with a statement of how many of the population also has tinnitus. The audiologist was amazing and I'm looking to return for heaShow morering aids, but why make a visit with the ENT as well if they offer nothing further for tinnitus? I'd rather not waste my time and money.

Dr. Nayak graduated from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute summa cum laude. He was elected to the Alpha Omega Alpha medical honor society at Albany Medical College and graduated summa cum laude with distinction in research. While at Albany Medical, he received a number of honors and awards for his academic achievements. He completed his surgical internship at the Brigham and Women’s Hospital in Boston and his ENT residency at the Harvard Combined Program in Otolaryngology.
He joined Massachusetts Ear, Nose and Throat Associates immediately after finishing his residency in 2005 and is happy to return to where he grew up. He is the past President of the Massachusetts Society of Otolaryngology (MSO) and is currently the managing partner of Massachusetts Ear, Nose and Throat Associates. Outside of the office, Dr. Nayak enjoys spending time with his wife and three children.

I appreciated how Dr. Nayak took time to look over some earlier test results from an out-of-state medical facility while I was in the room. Also, I liked how he offered to pretty much see me right away if I was having another bad episode of vertigo so he could determine if it was related to my ears.
