I see Sam in Dr. Sayal's office. She is very attentive and listen's to my concerns. She really cares about her patients and their well-being. I requested DHR kit ...I was given Lab orders for DHR test no labs has this kit ...it needs too be specially ordered from a site www.cdgpathways.com. I've tried several times to request this kit. Nobody wants to help me. PleaShow morese order it ...hope any other people aren't suffering. Do the right thing order me the test!!!! Other than the visit it was good, My PA was sick today when I saw her hope she's feels better soon.
Vikas Sayal, MD, FCCP, is board certified in Pulmonary medicine, and Critical Care medicine and experienced in Sleep medicine for 15 years. He’s the founder of Pulmonology Group- Lung Specialist in Las Vegas, Henderson, Nevada and Bullhead City, Arizona, a medical practice that specializes in treating the full range of lung and respiratory conditions. Dr. Sayal is also on staff at most hospitals in the area and serves as a intensivist and pulmonologist at different hospitals.
Dr. Sayal trained at the world-renowned Yale University, where he received fellowship training in Pulmonary medicine, then went on to complete his fellowship in Critical Care at the Albert Einstein College of Medicine. He did his transitional year residency at Tufts University, followed by an Internal medicine residency at Saint Barnabas Medical Center in New Jersey.
Dr. Sayal has extensive experience in pulmonary and critical care at several hospitals and currently serves as Chair of Pulmonary and Critical Care services at Western Arizona Regional Medical Center, Bullhead City, AZ .

Saw nurse. Had injection. All went well
The front window office staff help at 4pm all left leaving me and others filling out paperwork with no one to turn it in to. I left my papers on the counter with others still waiting.
My most recent appointment was with Sam. She was very easy to converse with, took time to understand my concerns, and was very open with information. At other appointments I felt rushed. I am very happy with Dr. Sayal’s office.
The Doctor listens and is very knowledgeable!!
Poor service, extremely long wait times even to see a nurse practitioner. All results come back perfect except a breathing test and I have COPD. But said the machine is really not that accurate. But I bet that now in my permanent chart. Even thought I have allergies, gerd but it's a definite of copd. Won't be back.
Staff and everyone was very helpful
I had my first visit with Dr. Sayal and staff. Both my fiance and I were very i with everyone. The reception and exit staff were smiling, courteous, helpful and efficient. The medical assistant was great. Samantha Pryzbylski, NP, did an outstanding job interviewing me to determine what I am experiencing, ordering appropriate testing and medication. She skillfully relayed what she learned about me to Dr. Sayal, who spoke to me with kindness and assurance. Perfect experience!

I suppose waiting 45 minutes to be seen after my appointment time is normal? Second time, so I guess so. Otherwise, I got the medical service I expected.

very good experience
I like the new location better and that it's still close. The Waiting Room is more accommodating and the front desk staff are now enclosed. I had a reasonable wait time including the nurse reviewing my health history and taking my vitals. The hallways to the patient rooms still felt like a confusing maze like the old office. Dr. Sayal was thorough and accommodated a last-minute vascular question I had regarding my dialysis fistula and pulmonary health.

Staff from check in to check out were very exceptional and friendly. Special recognition and thanks to Irlene one of your nurse practitioners. She was very detailed oriented, caring, and friendly. Although I am a first time patient she made me feel like I have be a patient for years and made me feel like family. Thank you to all and wish you Happy and safe Holidays!
Great care every time I’ve been there.
The appointment was on time. He spent 30 minutes with and is going to test everything to see what is going on. So much better than my PC person.
He was very thorough n asked lots of questions very good in making you feel comfortable good bedside manner
My visit with Doctor SAYAL was very good. The facility was nice and clean. The staff was very friendly. It was a great experience with Dr. SAYAL. He puts the patient first which I think is great I will go back to him. I believe he can help me. I have to travel ways to get to him, but it is well worth it. I thank you for your help.
They took me back to the treatment room right away. But I sat there for almost an hour.
