I see Sam in Dr. Sayal's office. She is very attentive and listen's to my concerns. She really cares about her patients and their well-being. I requested DHR kit ...I was given Lab orders for DHR test no labs has this kit ...it needs too be specially ordered from a site www.cdgpathways.com. I've tried several times to request this kit. Nobody wants to help me. PleaShow morese order it ...hope any other people aren't suffering. Do the right thing order me the test!!!! Other than the visit it was good, My PA was sick today when I saw her hope she's feels better soon.
Vikas Sayal, MD, FCCP, is board certified in Pulmonary medicine, and Critical Care medicine and experienced in Sleep medicine for 15 years. He’s the founder of Pulmonology Group- Lung Specialist in Las Vegas, Henderson, Nevada and Bullhead City, Arizona, a medical practice that specializes in treating the full range of lung and respiratory conditions. Dr. Sayal is also on staff at most hospitals in the area and serves as a intensivist and pulmonologist at different hospitals.
Dr. Sayal trained at the world-renowned Yale University, where he received fellowship training in Pulmonary medicine, then went on to complete his fellowship in Critical Care at the Albert Einstein College of Medicine. He did his transitional year residency at Tufts University, followed by an Internal medicine residency at Saint Barnabas Medical Center in New Jersey.
Dr. Sayal has extensive experience in pulmonary and critical care at several hospitals and currently serves as Chair of Pulmonary and Critical Care services at Western Arizona Regional Medical Center, Bullhead City, AZ .
He’s the author of numerous research papers and articles and continues to serve in various leadership roles.

Dr Sayal is thorough, experienced and knowledgable. He listens (well). He cares. He reviews treatment alternatives. I was able to get a same day appointment for an acute issue, which really helped facing a long, sick weekend. His staff are also very professional.

Except for unusual long wait, everything went smoothly.
Sam was very good, listened well, had good analysis and rreasonable prescribed actions. My only complaint is that the background music played in the waiting room was HORRIBLE—screaming singers, loud, obnoxious. Enough said.
The doctor and his assistant were great. However the MA had a bad demeanor and the checkout person was like talking to a robot.

Setting up an appointment is easy, check-in process is quick. Upon being checked in and brought to the back, they are quick to get you set up. They are thorough and clear about your treatment, would highly recommend.
Dr Sayal’s Office is great practice. The office staff is awesome. I see Sam, and she is such a good Physician’s Assistant, she listens to you and and answers all your questions and needs! I highly recommend this practice.
