The only reason I did not give 5 stars is the wait time. I sat for 40 minutes waiting for my appointment. A year ago it was not like this. I am usually the only person u see 65 in the room and I had to leave work for the appointment and go back afterwards- with a 40 minute drive each way. I’m not sure what the solution would be- maybe ask me what time I want my next appointment- so I can say 1st appt of the day, or last appt of the day- but they just hand you a card saying here’s your appt
