Just to much waiting in the waiting room
Awful First Time Visit - waited 90 minutes to be called. Office was packed and uncomfortable, chairs ripped. Chair for blood pressure not appropriate - had to suspend arm in mid air to get accurate reading. Staff member agreed. Once finally called, we saw a PA. We specifically made the appt and expected to see Dr. Gupta, not the PA. No physical exam, no real questioning. We should have been told this in advance before wasting an entire half day. Will not be going back.
Never again will I visit this office. I waited 1 hour & 20 minutes and left. I was 1 of 4 that left that day. The office was over crowded, smelly, dirty and mis managed.

Gastro care!!! Very nice people who know what they are doing! Caring professionals that have your best interest at heart! I Highly recommend them!!! From the moment you enter their office you are greeted and taken care of by the front desk! They are pleasant and kind and they do their best to get you into the examining room as soon as possible. Waits are short and pleasant with plenty of seating. Lots of smiles there!
It was a good experience. Everybody was in smile saying good morning morning no arguments. Everything went smooth thank you.
They book too many people per time slot but doctor and support staff in the back are stellar

The nurse practitioners was and the office staff were very helpful.
I had a very understanding conversation with the nurse I walked in knowing little about my condition and left knowing a lot more about what’s going on with my body.
I Had an appointment at 2.30 pm and I was sitting for 3hours to see the last person to give me the final papers. The employes was super nice !!! I Was surprise leaving there at 5.45 too long !! and nobody there cares.

Surprised with the wait time being that there were no avail seats. Wish I had more time with Dr (new patient) for my son. Guessing Dr will go over the tests of test ordered instead of Nurse. Overall it was ok.

There over 2hr wait time with an appointment is outrages, also The young African American lady with the long braids at the front desk is NOT friendly. I think it’s VERY DISRESPECTFUL to talk about patients and others can hear her. I heard her “ so called whispering” about another patient after the patient left the desk. NOT NICE
The doctor was very nice. They came my problems. I feel very confident with him. He read all the report I took and he told me I don’t have nothing in my stomach only gases and I was happy with that. He told me to continue doing the same procedure and doing eating so diet for a little while and I’d be fine thank you very much

The person I saw in Dr. Gupta’s office was very nice and thorough but the office is so booked that the wait when you arrive is ridiculous! They were running more than one hour behind.
Great experience, hasn’t being there in years for Dr. Gupta. But the personal was very professional, explain everything I needed to know with lots of knowledge. Very happy people💗🙏
