Originally my appointment was at 9:40 but I wasn’t able to be seen until 1040. They were a bit packed when it comes to their booking an appointment times so I do recommend coming in about an hour before your schedule time so that Show moreyou can get seen as fast as possible, but they are working as best as possible to get every patient seen. All of the staff are completely friendly. trying the best to stay professional and work as efficient as possible.
The doctor was very nice. They came my problems. I feel very confident with him. He read all the report I took and he told me I don’t have nothing in my stomach only gases and I was happy with that. He told me to continue doing thShow moree same procedure and doing eating so diet for a little while and I’d be fine thank you very much

Dr Zaid and the nurse practitioner were the the best. I felt bad that I never got to see Dr Gupta (male)

The person I saw in Dr. Gupta’s office was very nice and thorough but the office is so booked that the wait when you arrive is ridiculous! They were running more than one hour behind.
Great experience, hasn’t being there in years for Dr. Gupta. But the personal was very professional, explain everything I needed to know with lots of knowledge. Very happy people💗🙏
My experience was phenomenal with the doctors, they make me feel so comfortable and they educate me on my condition and let know the steps to take to get better I would highly recommend this practice 1000%

I’m disappointed in how this office operates. The wait time is way over an hour even wit appointment. waiting area is overcrowded with barely space to sit or distance yourself. with COVID-19 and other illnesses still spreading, this is unacceptable, a health hazard. Seems the office is more concerned with making sure they bill insurance than actually providing efficient experience for patients. I hope they take this feedback seriously and make necessary changes for the safety of the people

This was my initial visit with Dr. Gupta. I had a good patient experience. The support staff was extremely knowledgeable and friendly.

The care was ok but the front desk is a disaster
We have never been treated so swell , we were late and they understood and rosemary was so patient understanding and did a terrific job getting everything straightened out what a Gret day at this office, the front desk was so understanding and made us feel so protected from worrying about are problems thank you so much
Had a 3pm appt came in at 2:30pm left at 5:30pm. However the one young nurse & PA Cristina had a wonderful bedside manor & Cristina was very through & very sweet & kind. Girls at the desk not so much. Maybe cuz they we're nearing the end of a busy day. Ty & have a blessed week all. God bless. 🙏😁
