We were just heading into a holiday weekend and I was in need of seeing the doctor. I called at 8:00 AM and the office was open...they took my info ....contacted the doctor, and I had an appointment for 2:30 that day ! The attenShow moretion to patient needs and desire to put the patient first was a bright light in this somewhat "dull" medical field we now have. After being treated like just a number/being rushed through appointments at UCLA and another local medical group, I had been looking for a new Primary Care Physician. Dr. Perez has exceeded my expectations in our first appointmentShow more. She took time to get to know my medical history and me as a person. She showed compassion and she seemed to know her stuff medically! I didn't feel rushed or like a number and I finally feel like I am in knowledgeable, caring hands.

I am so very happy to have Dr. Perez as my primary care. On our first visit she asked all the right questions, then listened and addressed all the concerns I have. She is professional and very caring at the same time. I couldn't be more pleased to have her as the coordinator of my medical team.

Dr Perez Landreau is very thorough in reviewing results of lab and medical tests and discussed changes in diet and exercise that will improve my health. The wait time was very short and the office staff is very pleasant.

Great reminders prior to my appt, office staff is professional and welcoming and Dr Perez takes her time with all questions, is warm and caring.
The timing and flow were perfect. Sign in, a minute later I was in the back getting weight and blood pressure taken. I was put in an exam room and you came in within a minute and did your exam, went over the lab results and discussed meds and had a conversation thoughtfulnconversation. Then listened to my heart and I making my next appointment and I was done. Superb! Thanks!
