After being treated like just a number/being rushed through appointments at UCLA and another local medical group, I had been looking for a new Primary Care Physician. Dr. Perez has exceeded my expectations in our first appointmentShow more. She took time to get to know my medical history and me as a person. She showed compassion and she seemed to know her stuff medically! I didn't feel rushed or like a number and I finally feel like I am in knowledgeable, caring hands.
From the front desk receptionist, to the attending nurse, to the scheduling desk, to the fabulous Dr. Perez....my experience was a breath of fresh air....everyone providing that personal, professional touch that I had sadly thoughShow moret was never to be found again. But, I am happy to say I found just that at the office of Dr. Perez. I am truly confident I will be well taken care of and well looked after !

Great reminders prior to my appt, office staff is professional and welcoming and Dr Perez takes her time with all questions, is warm and caring.
The timing and flow were perfect. Sign in, a minute later I was in the back getting weight and blood pressure taken. I was put in an exam room and you came in within a minute and did your exam, went over the lab results and discussed meds and had a conversation thoughtfulnconversation. Then listened to my heart and I making my next appointment and I was done. Superb! Thanks!
My overall experience was wonderful. I waited not more than 5 minutes & had a very lovely experience with the Dr. Virginia Perez. She was very attentive, friendly & professional. Probably one of my most enjoyable meetings I had with a Dr.
