We were just heading into a holiday weekend and I was in need of seeing the doctor. I called at 8:00 AM and the office was open...they took my info ....contacted the doctor, and I had an appointment for 2:30 that day ! The attenShow moretion to patient needs and desire to put the patient first was a bright light in this somewhat "dull" medical field we now have. After being treated like just a number/being rushed through appointments at UCLA and another local medical group, I had been looking for a new Primary Care Physician. Dr. Perez has exceeded my expectations in our first appointmentShow more. She took time to get to know my medical history and me as a person. She showed compassion and she seemed to know her stuff medically! I didn't feel rushed or like a number and I finally feel like I am in knowledgeable, caring hands.

Dr. Perez is simply the best. When my old primary care doctor retired, I had to find a new PC doctor. I asked other doctors and some RN's at Los Robles, and they all, to a man (and woman), recommended Dr. Perez! Now with her for two years, I can say that they were right!! She is great.

I see Dr. Perez because she listens carefully, responds to my concerns, is clear with her answers and confirms decisions with test results. Her staff is 'on it'; prescriptions are updated and called in to the correct pharmacy, records are kept current, vitals taken carefully and follow up appointments made and confirmed. It is both a caring and an efficient office.
