Vraj Patel, DO

Dr. Vraj Patel is a board-certified anesthesiologist and fellowship-trained interventional pain management specialist dedicated to helping patients find lasting relief from chronic pain and reclaim the activities they love.    Dr. Patel earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign before completing medical school at Midwestern University.    He then trained in Anesthesiology at the world-renowned Cleveland Clinic. He went on to complete his fellowship in Interventional Pain Management at the prestigious Northwestern Memorial Hospital in Chicago, IL.   Dr. Patel takes the time to listen, understand each patient’s unique story, and develop a personalized care plan designed not just to relieve pain, but to restore function—so patients can get back to doing the things that bring them joy.
Dr. Patel stays up to date on the latest research and evidence-based treatments. His clinical interests include targeted injection therapies, neuromodulation, and other cutting-edge interventional techniques.
Outside of the office, Dr. Patel practices what he preaches by maintaining an active lifestyle. He enjoys golfing, playing basketball, tennis, and more recently, pickleball.
Dr. Patel is now welcoming new patients at Chicagoland Pain Management Institute.
