The front desk staff and nurses are amazing. Super friendly, very caring and take the extra step to address concerns. Dr Kassar is very nice, very informative and makes you feel at ease with a quick sense of humor.

The visit was good. But trying to call the office is an entire nightmare 😫. They never answer the phone or call you back. I need someone to call me back ASAP

I had a follow-up visit with my endocrinologist. The staff are all very friendly, and the doctor is amazing. Thanks to the medication I received from my first visit, my thyroid has been well controlled. I always feel supported and confident under their care. I highly recommend this doctor. The only small drawback is that direct communication with the doctor can be a bit challenging at times, and sometimes more direct access would be helpful.
Doctor is great. Unfortunately his prescription assistance made a big mistake with my prescription and my pharmacist couldn’t dispense my medication 💊. Someone needs to do a check and balance of the prescription. This is very important.
