Waleed has taken me on days from feeling a little better to compleShow moretely like I was falling apart and still able to suggest and prescribe another aid to help the situation, especially today which was the worst and weakest I have felt since this whole disaster began. But again he had suggestion for situation I am certainly going to try because of my confidence from previous experience with this gentleman. I also want to thank the entire office staff for their gentle professional way they treat anyone from phone calls, even to find push in to greeting when you sign in and speed and help to select next appointment. I was treated very well by the three people I dealt with - the nurse, Waleed Khalil and the woman up front who does scheduling. No problem there. My issue is that everything I experienced during that visit could have been accomplished via email a phone call or Zoom call, without me taking time off work and driving up to Fishkill. In fact, if I recall correctly, much of the information I provided while at 400 Westage I had already submitted in advance on the online registration form. It seems like a waste of resources to require me to deal with three people instead of just one. And had that been done by phone or Zoom it would have taken me away from work for less than 30 minutes rather than more like two hours. Plus, I experienced much the same when I had my pre-procedure meeting with Waleed back early this year before the procedure was scheduled. I remember thinking then that it could have been taken care of remotely. That's my rant for today. Thanks for the opportunity to comment....Michael Turton

PA-C Waleed is thorough and professional. He listens attentively and asks probing questions. I would highly recommend him.
I am very happy with the care I received. He is kind and understanding. He listens to my concerns and does not dismiss them. He is helping me a great deal in finding the cause of my GI issues.
I'd recommend Waleed Khalil to anyone with GI issues. He is kind and caring. He recommended I see a surgeon last year and he was absolutely on point. I definitely needed the surgery and feel much better after it.

PA-C Khalil took a great deal of time with me during my follow up appointment. He explained things in a way I could easily understand, also gave me clear next step options. He clearly had knowledge of the issues I was facing and I never felt rushed during my appointment. Great job!
