I am writing this review for the front desk workers, not Dr. McLean who is amazing. Every-time I try to call the front desk in regards to an appointment, weird and new cramping, or my baby not moving; there is never anyone to pickShow more up my call. When I leave a voicemail, there is a small chance they will even call me back. I know this because I have left multiple voicemails and only two have been responded to. I understand the office is busy, but I should not feel they are too busy to have me as a patient. I almost considered changing offices entirely today before seeing McLean, who helped me through my problems.
It's always great to visit and be taken care of by such a good doctor like Wallace McLean!!! I trust him so much that I let him do not only the PAP and related exams, but the whole physical every year. May God continue to bless Show morehim so that we can continue enjoying his wonderful service and care. Hope you don't retire anytime soon, Dr. It's not being selfish, just that great doctors like you, who love their work, are really hard to find these days. We'll always love you, Dr. McLean!!!
Dr. Wallace McLean brings extensive experience to Women’s Healthcare Physicians of Naples. He specializes in high-risk obstetrics, advanced gynecologic surgery, and menopausal management.
Dr. McLean provides comprehensive obstetrics and gynecology services to women in the area of Naples, Florida, and is certified to perform robotic surgery using the da Vinci® Surgical System. Using this state-of-the-art system, he can offer patients minimally invasive alternatives, such as endometrial ablation rather than hysterectomy.
After graduating with a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Wisconsin, Dr. McLean received his Doctor of Medicine from Marquette University in Milwaukee. He stayed in his native city of Milwaukee to complete his internship and residency training at St. Joseph’s Hospital.
Dr. McLean is board certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology. He’s an active staff member at Naples Community Hospital and North Collier Hospital where he delivers babies.
When he’s not helping patients in the office or performing surgery, Dr. McLean enjoys hiking, golf, and model trains.

A very good experience, the nurse and Doctor was kind answered all my concerns and questions. The front desk receptionist kind of ignored you, the back office with professional help was outstanding and I can not say enough.
