This is the 3rd time I have been to Apple Urgent Care in Indio. Great staff and Dr. Wang was very thorough re: my persistent cough. He sent in my prescriptions immediately. There was hardly any wait time compared to other Urgent CShow moreares. Thank you for the great service and attention.
My visit to Apple Care at Coachella was brief. The receptionist quickly checked me in. The doctor was thorough. He asked questions, explained the medication, and emphasized the importance of following up with the primary doctor ifShow more symptoms persist.

Staff & Dr. were professional. However a smile would go a long way to put the patient more at ease. Remember the patient is not familiar with the staff or the Dr. so smile it will only help your professionalism. The Dr's confidentiality did help to Make me feel better with the dianoses.
Very friendly staff, doesn’t take long to be seen and drs listen to your concerns
I sought medical care for my son after he injured his right leg at school. The medical assistants were kind, helpful, and considerate. Unfortunately, the provider was not. After we explained what happened, he asked about my son’s pain. I informed him I had given medication and my son was no longer in pain. He then asked why we were there, making us feel as if we were wasting his time.

Didn’t bother to take his time to understand my family even though we all went through a traumatic experience and were hurting really bad. No empathy whatsoever.
Dr sucked he was no help he spend not more than a minute and with an attitude but ready to take my money

I was in and out in 20 minutes. The staff pulled my insurance and was very helpful. The Dr. was kind and direct and really do appreciate Apple Care. Probably saved my life. Thank you.
It’s hard to review 30 seconds. I’m struggling, my side and back are hurting so much it is impossible to just lay down. I didn’t ask for a doctors note, medication, nothing. I just wanted a medical professional to give a shit and have a conversation about my next steps. Instead I got the following statement, “it’s not warm to the touch or bruised so get a chest X-ray and call your primary. I went to get the chest X-ray and they said “we don’t have a tech”. Worst co-pay I’ve ever paid.
