He's a wonderful doctor. My daughter was having high fever. She was fussy and not feeling good. He was gentle and spoke to her in a calm sweet voice. She was scared at first but with how he treated her she was at ease & coShow moremfortable. He gave her what she need to feel better and not just tylenol to ease some discomfort. I really recommend him
This is the 3rd time I have been to Apple Urgent Care in Indio. Great staff and Dr. Wang was very thorough re: my persistent cough. He sent in my prescriptions immediately. There was hardly any wait time compared to other Urgent CShow moreares. Thank you for the great service and attention.

Excellent doctor. My daughter had a really bad cough and congestion and temp. He gave her medication that isn't just Tylenol. He was patient and kind to her making her feel less scared to go to a doctor.

It was to get stitches removed. And he was so PROFESSIONAL AND FAST I honestly did not feel a thing. Absolutely amazing.
Very rude felt like rushed like he was in a hairy first time going there will never go there again do not recommend this to anybody then he thought I was illegal started talking to me in Spanish when my first language is English very discrimination beware people beware
Good customer service
Service was quick and fast I was appreciative of that. The nurses were nice. They answered my insurance issues. The doctor works pretty quickly so I didn’t get a chance to ask too many questions about my situation. But all in off, I was happy with the service. Medications were sent to my pharmacy promptly. They were available 30 minutes after my visit. Which saved me a wait in line at the pharmacy.
Rushes didn’t even check baby’s right

Staff & Dr. were professional. However a smile would go a long way to put the patient more at ease. Remember the patient is not familiar with the staff or the Dr. so smile it will only help your professionalism. The Dr's confidentiality did help to Make me feel better with the dianoses.

I sought medical care for my son after he injured his right leg at school. The medical assistants were kind, helpful, and considerate. Unfortunately, the provider was not. After we explained what happened, he asked about my son’s pain. I informed him I had given medication and my son was no longer in pain. He then asked why we were there, making us feel as if we were wasting his time.

My visit to Apple Care at Coachella was brief. The receptionist quickly checked me in. The doctor was thorough. He asked questions, explained the medication, and emphasized the importance of following up with the primary doctor if symptoms persist.
