I’ve had this procedure before and it usually takes longer and is a lot more unpleasant. The staff at the front desk was also very warm and kind. Dr. Sing was very thorough and compassionate towards my 13-year-old son. He gave him several options to treat an ingrown toenail. And he even mentioned working around my son’s busy athletic schedule. We chose to have the ingrown portion of the nail removed to relieve the pain. So far so good. It is still the first day.
