Hi, I am Wesley Breneman, a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP). I help adults navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions with a compassionate, holistic approach that focuses on treating the whole person—not just symptoms. My journey into mental health care is both personal and professional. After witnessing loved ones struggle with mental illness, I felt called to create a safe, supportive space where people feel seen, heard, and empowered in their healing. Before psychiatry, I worked in ICU and hospice care, where I learned to stay calm in crisis and care for the mind, body, and spirit. I’m especially passionate about providing affirming care for individuals and supporting patients through life’s challenges with empathy and evidence-based treatment.My approach is warm, collaborative, and tailored to your unique needs. Whether we’re managing medications, exploring mindfulness techniques, or building healthy routine.
