Wilfredo Corredera, MD

I have been with Family Medical Group since its inception as one of the original founders of the group. I obtained my Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Loma Linda University in California and my medical degree from the University of Montemorelos in Mexico. I finished my residency in Family Medicine in 1992 at the University of Southern Illinois in Carbondale where I was Chief Resident. I am board certified in Family Medicine as well as a diplomate of the American Board of Clinical Lipidology. I am a Fellow of the American Academy of Family Practice. While I am well versed in all aspects of Family Medicine my passion is prevention of Cardiovascular Disease. I enjoy traveling with my wife when I get a chance and gardening during my free time.
