William Arrington, DPM, FACFAS, is an experienced podiatrist at Texas Foot & Ankle Specialists, PLLC, which has convenient locations in Mesquite, Forney, and Kaufman, Texas.
A Texas native, Dr. Arrington received his Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Science from Texas A&M University before attending the Ohio College of Podiatric Medicine in Cleveland, Ohio, where he received his degree in podiatric medicine. During this time, he also worked at the Veterans Hospital in Cleveland and Brecksville, Ohio. In 2003, Dr. Arrington completed his podiatric medicine and surgical residency in Dallas, Texas, and went on to start a private practice with Dr. Robert Young in Mesquite, Texas.
Dr. Arrington is a member of the American Podiatric Medical Association, a Diplomate of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons, and a Diplomate with the American Board of Physician Specialties. Dr. Arrington holds the honor of being one of the select few double board-certified by the American Board of Podiatric Surgeons in Foot Surgery and Foot and Ankle Reconstruction. He is involved in the Dallas community as the Past President of Dallas County Podiatric Society and Podiatric Medical Partners of Texas. In recent years, he was also elected as the Chief of Staff for Baylor Medical Center – Sunnyvale, a rare honor for podiatrists in the country.
Outside of his enthusiasm for podiatry, Dr. Arrington spends his time at his home in Heath, Texas, with his wife and three daughters. He enjoys church, golf, hunting, fishing, and is an Aggie Football fan.

He is amazing .
The front desk staff were not friendly during my interaction, which left me feeling unwelcome. Despite repeated attempts, my phone calls went unanswered, making it difficult to communicate with your office. I had to wait over 25 minutes in person to cancel an upcoming appointment. I was later charged a $25 no-show fee.
The office staff seamed OK. The Dr came in introduced himself asked why I was there. I proceeded to explain the feeling I was having in my right foot. He sat down and said he never had heard of what I was describing. I told him about my type II diabetes. My current A1C. That I had tried electro stimulation for the numbing but no luck. He never looked at my feet. If he had he would have seen that one of my nails had blood under it. Once I saw his posture and lack of personal interaction, I blew it off. He did prescribe a vitamin mix for my numbness. I am not a doctor, but vitamins aren't going to fix the numbness in my feet. The vitamins would cost me $139. Not worth it to me. I do believe I will seek another Dr who actually looks at my feet.

Dr. Arrington took care of my gout issue. After several weeks of pain in my right foot, I went to see him. He listened to my problem and quickly treated it. Within a couple of hours, the pain started to go away. After a week, I was able to stand on my two feet again. Thank you, Dr. Arrington.
