Dr. Cole was quite a surprise! He spent all the time with me that I needed to understand my condition and how he proposed to respond to it. He explained to me, the procedure he recommended and helped me understand why it would bShow moree the best option after my failed back surgery (a surgery he did not perform). I chose Dr. Cole because of what I read about him on the Internet. He had an experience that gave him first-hand knowledge of the treatment he was describing to me. Because he spoke from experience, which is rare, what he said was very important to me. Listening to other doctors, I was hearing the standard "Have surgery, get a steroid shot, have more surgery" and nothing else. Dr. Cole has a different approach. It may be worth a visit.
Caring above and beyond any other Dr I’ve seen. If not for Dr Cole I would have had worse complications with my left arm which could have caused the lost of my arm. So many other times Dr Cole has helped me and been there for me Show morewith true compassion. The staff is friendly and understanding as well. If you’re looking for a Dr that understands pain and can identify with it, this the place to go. Another aspect is to fix problems when at all possible rather then continue to cover up the problem. Dr. Cole completed training at NYU Rusk Institute in 2004, just after a life-threatening motor vehicle accident deprived him of the use of his most valuable asset: his hands. He underwent the first of seven surgeries in 2000, then subsequently had a One-Level Cervical Decompression in 2013 with multiple regenerative treatments, resulting in a tremendous reduction in pain and increase in functional abilities. Never called in my medicine. I lost my full time job they knocked me down to 2 days a week because of my Dr William Cole and Florida Blue Insurance. They have been bullshitting me for 2 days still haven't received my meds. Now it's the weekend and I can't work cause of the severe pain I'm in. Now I can't afford to pay my 115 a month because of both of them
