I am a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner dedicated to a holistic and integrative care model. I believe that effective treatment is not just about managing symptoms, but about treating the whole person. I am dedicated to ensuring that I provide inclusive, anti-racist, autism and neuro-affirming, culturally sensitive, and LGBTQAI+ affirmative care. My goal is to work in true collaboration with you, ensuring that your treatment plan aligns with your values and life goals. I received my Master of Science in Nursing from Norwich University. I have a strong background in treating complex mental health conditions and navigating the unique challenges my patients face. I provide care for children, adolescents, and adults, with a clinical focus on individuals navigating difficulties with autism, focus and attention, mood instability, and traumatic life experiences.  I have experience and passion in supporting military, veterans, medical professionals.
