My Wife and I have been seeing Dr. Durrett for many years . In my opinion, Dr Durrett is an awesome Doctor ! He cares about his patients, I feel that he does all he can to keep us as healthy as possible . As an older man , naturalShow morely I’ve seen many Doctors throughout my live . Again , I can’t say enough positive feedback to Dr. Durrett . I am confident in him and am fortunate to have him as my Doctor . As for his office , Janice his office manager and nurse along with Amanda his other Nurse that we see and does office work as well , are Both 10 out of 10 . They aren’t only very good Nurses, you can be assured that the two of them as well as Dr. Durrette , has us at the top of their priority. If either of them tell you that they are going to do anything, you can be well assured it is going to be done in a timely manner, to the Best of their abilities . He has other people in his office , while we aren’t their patients ( or Assigned) I feel they are well qualified and equally as efficient, if not , I wouldn’t think they would be there long at all . The three names I commented on here , all run This Doctors office (Dr. Durrett ) as a well oiled machine, with their priorities in order.

William E. Durrett, MD, is a board-certified anesthesiologist and interventional pain management physician offering cutting-edge regenerative medicine pain management services. He is the owner of Novo Wellness in Aiken and Hilton Head Island, South Carolina.
Dr. Durrett attended Valdosta State University and received his Bachelor of Science from the University of Georgia. He went on to earn his medical degree from the Medical College of Georgia School of Medicine. Dr. Durrett underwent his general surgery internship at Memorial Medical Center in Savannah, Georgia, and completed his anesthesiology and pain management residencies at the Medical College of Georgia.
For over a decade, Dr. Durrett has served as a guest speaker for seminars across the country. He is board-certified by the American Board of Anesthesiology and attends several meetings and conferences to stay current with the most innovative technology in interventional pain management. His goal is to offer the latest advancements in his field to his patients.

Great caring doctor
It is hard to put into words. Staff is awesome at every appt. Friendly , yet 100 and 10percent on top of everything. Everything is always clean and so relaxing . Dr Durett and his staff are the best.

While it is early (just 4 days) to tell the results the process went very smooth. Everyone was helpful with the process. Results take 4-6 weeks—-stay tuned!!

The doctor was pleasant and knowledgeable. The procedures I was most interested in RFA. Dismissed Because procedure difficulties, and Time constraint but pushed a non-proven FDA stem cell procedure that is yet to show it has any beneficial wellness

Great doctor great staff they take care of you
Fast and courteous, I’m usually in and out in 20 minutes or less. The Dr is also concerned with getting permanent pain relief, not just giving you a shot for the rest of your life.
