I've been seeing Dr Durrett for almost 15 years now , he and Staff are almost Family . They ALWAYS listen , and try to help . The Staff are all polite and very kind . * I do need to give a Shout Out and Thank You to Janice , SupeShow morervisor and Lead Clinical Tech . Janice has called is after a procedure to check on us . I've had to call her after hours , on her personal cell phone number , to straighten up some confusion we may have had . So YES , I definately recommend , and appreciate all they have done for my wife and I over the years !!
well i will recommend people but with that said ur first appt is not necessary just paper work, other drs email that’s i can fill out info before ur first appt. I was really excited because I’ve been in so much pain with my feet aShow morend my knees that I was so happy that I found you guys so I could go to the red therapy because I hear that really helps people and then I get there and it’s just paperwork I was ready to cry. I think there’s probably a better way to handle the paperwork on the first day because that’s crazy
William E. Durrett, MD, is a board-certified anesthesiologist and interventional pain management physician offering cutting-edge regenerative medicine pain management services. He is the owner of Novo Wellness in Aiken and Hilton Head Island, South Carolina.
Dr. Durrett attended Valdosta State University and received his Bachelor of Science from the University of Georgia. He went on to earn his medical degree from the Medical College of Georgia School of Medicine. Dr. Durrett underwent his general surgery internship at Memorial Medical Center in Savannah, Georgia, and completed his anesthesiology and pain management residencies at the Medical College of Georgia.

The vitamin pack I get helps me so much! It gives me so much energy . I go every month . I could tell the first time I got the vitamin pack a difference in my energy, I slept better and it even helped my neuropathy! My feet got better circulation!! Everyone should try this!!!
I saw Dr Durrette today for neck pain and headache. He administered some injections which quickly relieved my pain.

Had my first IV therapy and I feel good. I don't feel like im 21 again but that was only dreaming!! Dr. Durrett recommended the IV therapy to me a few months ago and I finally decided to take his advice. Im going to keep doing it so long as I can...will give update when I have another session but so far so good...thank you Dr. Durrett!!
This is the best pain management doctor I've ever been to. Dr William Durrett is wonderful and he takes care of all my pain needs. I would highly recommend him to anyone. The staff there are really nice and they're always polite.
