He truly is an exceptional provider - always listens carefully, explains things clearly, thoroughly reviews my medications, and is incredibly proactive aboShow moreut tracking blood work and getting me to the right specialists when needed. Well, is one of the best and caring doctors I've ever had. I've been going to Pacific Oaks Medical. I've gone through several doctors there and I would not trade Will for anything. I always feel respected and cared for when I have a visit with Will. He spends whatever time is necessary for my complicated needs and is very pleasant to talk to.

I absolutely love Will. Best physician that I have ever had but it seems like now that all that the front is interested in is getting money. They're pushy about it and every time you go no matter what there's some kind of fee or charge I have to double check with my insurance every single time to verify the charges. You guys should not be charging customers upfront, you should bill the insurance and wait for the insurance response to see how much the customer owes
