Winsome Rogers, FNP-BC

Dr. Winsome Rogers is a highly accomplished healthcare professional and board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with more than 15 years of nursing experience in case management, psychiatric emergency care, nursing leadership, and community-based healthcare services. Throughout her career, she has demonstrated a strong commitment to patient advocacy, interdisciplinary collaboration, and improving health outcomes for diverse patient populations.

Her role included conducting patient assessments, educating patients and families about disease management and treatment options, and providing emotional support to help patients successfully navigate complex healthcare needs. Her ability to develop therapeutic relationships and advocate for vulnerable populations contributed significantly to positive patient outcomes. A lifelong learner and advocate for nursing excellence.

Dr. Rogers has attained an impressive academic foundation. She earned her Family Nurse Practitioner Advanced Certification from Long Island University. She also holds a Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP), a Master of Science in Nursing with a concentration in Nursing Education, and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Chamberlain University. During her studies, she was recognized on the President's List and inducted into the Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society.

Dr. Rogers is licensed as a Registered Nurse in New York State and is certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC). She also maintains Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association and holds PRI Certification.
