Dr. Xochil Echeona, ARNP

Hi, I’m Xochil, a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP), and I’m passionate about providing compassionate, whole-person care. I believe that true mental wellness comes from nurturing the connection between mind, body, and spirit, and I bring that belief into every session with my patients. I work with children, teens, and adults facing challenges like depression, anxiety, ADHD, postpartum changes, bipolar disorder, and other mental health concerns. My approach is personal and tailored—I take the time to really understand each patient’s unique story, using a biopsychosocial model, holistic therapies, and patient-centered care to create treatment plans that work for their lives. I strive to destigmatize mental health care and empower the people I work with. Whether it’s through talk therapy, mental health screenings, or medication management, my focus is always on helping patients move through barriers and take charge of their own healing.
