Dr. Li fixed exactly what he said he would. I was having right mid glute to upper thigh pain and Dr. Li recommended spinal fusion. I really thought it was my piriformis muscle but Dr. Li said it was my my facet joint space. I trShow moreusted Dr. Li with that answer because he listened to me, thoroughly examined me, looked at my images and then he explained to me how he determined his results which was to have a tiny spacer inserted. I had the minimally invasive procedure where Dr. Li inserted the spacer and when I had awaken from having the procedure, I no longer had right glute and right upper pain. The spacer worked. It has been almost a month since I've had the procedure and still no right sided pain. If you are needing a spinal fusion, I would highly recommend you asking Dr. Li for the spacer. The spacer is around the size of the finger nail bed on your baby finger (5th finger). His staff is wonderful too and will keep you up-to-date with anything that Dr. Li recommends. If you need to have back surgery, give Dr. Li office a call. You would be happy that you did.
I went to see Dr. Li due to an injury from 4 years ago. I felt really good about making an appointment with him after reading previous reviews. During my consultation, Dr. Li was very compassionate. He was actually hearing me as Show moreI explained my concern. Dr. Li really is a very caring Neurosurgeon. Two previous Surgeons (Orthopedic) recommended that I would need the major invasive surgery for my back but what Dr. Li recommended was a more conservative approach meaning a minimally invasive procedure. I value his medical expertise and his thoroughness when he explaned the minimally invasive procedure. I haven't had my procedure but I feel 100% that it will go well. Thank you Dr. Li for your expertise and compassion. I would wholeheartedly recommended Dr. Li to everyone. The staff are great as well.
