As a therapist, I aim to provide a space free of judgment and full of empathy, compassion and support tailored to individual needs. I believe that therapy is not about getting answers from outside but rather finding them from within. I focus on connecting with my clients to identify challenges, develop therapeutic goals, find strategies to manage the issues, and walk on the path leading to self discovery and self actualization. My approach to therapy is person centered with a combination of evidence -based intervention. One can expect to have a comfortable platform to express vulnerability and find the strength in it instead of being judged. I attempt to provide strategies and resources that one can use outside of our sessions to foster self reliance and self worth. I make sure my clients are heard and seen.
