I am a  board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) with years of nursing experience in the psychiatric field ranging from adult inpatient care to community mental health clinic.   I earned my degree from Pace University and have since dedicated my career to providing compassionate, holistic, and patient-centered mental health care. My approach is grounded in empathy, active listening, and collaboration. I prioritize creating a comfortable, non-judgmental environment where patients feel safe to share openly. Together, we explore treatment options that align with each individual's needs, preferences, and goals, ensuring the path to healing is one we walk together.   My practice focuses on treating a range of mental health conditions, including Depression, Anxiety, PTSD, ADHD, and other Mood Disorders, using brief psychotherapy and medication when necessary, for clients aged 18 and older. My primary goal is to ensure that each patient feels heard, valued, and supported, knowing that their concerns are the priority.
