I am a 73 year old man having chronic neck and shoulder pain for almost two years following a multi level cervical laminectomy with fusion C3 - T1. Virtually sitting in my recliner all day unengaged in any work or activity. AftShow moreer seeing several Doctors and PT's , I was on the verge of giving up and living in pain, feeling counterproductive and hopeless. My son put me in touch with Dr. Douglas Kasper, a Concierge Doctor. He convinced me to keep trying. Dr. Kasper connected me with Dr. Millet. This young man was a life changer for me. He immediately stopped all the medication I had been prescribed by other Dr's. and proceeded as follows: Step1- Two new pain meds Step 2 - Targeted Epidural on both sides of neck and shoulder Step 3 - Injections into targeted trigger point shoulder muscles For the moment I am pain free!! Yoann Millet, MD, is a triple board-certified physician in anesthesiology, pain management, and addiction medicine. He is a physician partner at Procura Pain and Spine in The Woodlands, Texas.
Dr. Millet completed his undergraduate education at Cornell University, where he graduated in the top 10% of his class with distinction in all subjects. He obtained his medical training at Weill Cornell Medical College, which is consistently ranked as one of the top medical schools in the country by U.S. News & World Report. He went on to complete a general surgery internship at NewYork-Presbyterian/Weill Cornell Medical Center and his residency in anesthesiology at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston. He received subspecialty training in pain management at the elite Duke University pain fellowship program.
In an effort to improve care, Dr. Millet has participated extensively in research and has published numerous abstracts, manuscripts, and book chapters. He is an investigator in multiple ongoing cutting-edge clinical trials on spinal cord stimulation. He has presented his work across the country and has received multiple awards for his research and presentations. He is also a clinical assistant professor in the Department of Internal Medicine at McGovern Medical School at the University of Texas Health Science Center and an expert panelist for the Texas Medical Board.

Excellent doctor!
Dr Millet is the most patient and caring Doctor I’ve ever had!! He takes his time to listen to me and he explains everything so I understand. I have numerous problems and he takes his time to make sure I have been taken care of. If more doctors were like Dr Millet… the healthcare system would be the BEST!!

Dr. Millet is amazing and takes great care of his patients! He listens to your concerns and has a great sense of humor. He always does everything he can to take care of you and your medical needs. Dr. Millet is very interested in relieving pain w/the very latest treatments available. He is very knowledgeable and seems very interested in his patient's full well being. I highly recommend him if you are experiencing chronic pain in joints of all types. He takes his time to talk to you & listen.

Wonderful personal attention
Dr. Millet has such a great personality! He will answer your questions until you have a clear understanding of your case. Very professional, as his staff shares this same dedication to each patient. As a patient with multiple pinched nerves, in my back, Dr. Millet and his staff make having these procedures, bearable, by talking to me, while the process is happening. If you're like me, and struggling with your back, I wouldn't hesitate to contact his office. I like the new NP, as well. Thanks Dr. Millet for never giving up on this patient.

I just love Dr Millet. He just informed me about the results of my MRI, and even though it's not good, we immediately came up with a gameplan. When I left there, I could focus on the positive outcome, instead of the ugly MRI. The plant lady, is great.
Very understanding, and heart felt wanting to help
Was a little disappointed I had to wait 35 min past my appointment time to be called back.
I really like the Dr. But the nurses seem like they don’t have it together. The girl that checked us out was not very pleasant there is a Blound girl that is sweet and helpfull. that checks me out. I well know more after my procedure’s but now it’s ok.
