As a counselor, I am committed to providing compassionate and effective support to individuals, couples, and families who are navigating difficult life challenges. I view counseling as a collaborative process, in which the client is the expert on their own experiences thoughts and feelings, and I serve as guide and facilitator in helping them explore and process these experiences. I believe counseling can be a transformative and empowering experience, and I am honored to be a part of my client’s journey towards healing, growth, and fulfillment.
