Dr. Hackney is very sweet and pleasant but one of her staff members need some improvement on their customer service skills. She was rude and her energy was off. My appointment was scheduled for 4:15 and I arrived late due to severShow moree thunderstorms. So maybe she was ready to go, who knows. The young lady that took me to the back was extremely nice, which I appreciated. Also, I felt the appointment was rushed but then again it was late so I couldn't be too upset.
I have been going to the Metropolitan's Medical Group for over 5 years now and the care and service received has been outstanding. Recently I have taken advantage of the Biote treatment that is a plant based alternative to aid thShow moreose dealing with hormonal imbalance and it has been life changing. The intake staff was very friendly and professional, she made me feel at ease, not overly friendly but concerned and not standoffish or rushing either. Appreciated the time the Doctor took to explain and I felt we connected, I valued her candor and professionalism which translated to me as genuineness and love for what she does
This is a great practice. The doctors are extremely experienced and care about their patients. I cannot recommend this practice enough.
Always a pleasure to visit the office for my annual exam. The staff is pleasant, accommodating, and most of all Dr. Hackney is the consummate professional. Her bedside manner is exceptional! I definitely recommend this practice.
For most women Gyn appointments are uncomfortable but Dr Robertson-Hackney makes it easy. Her professional respectful manner with conversations and laughter made it helpful for me. I highly recommend her!

Doctor and staff were very polite. Doctor was very thorough with her examination. The wait time was a little over 15 minutes.
