I love Sr. Skarlat. He is very caring and very knowledgeable. He always takes his time with every patient and he listens to the patient, unlike a lot of physicians who think they know it all and there is no need to listen to the patient. Going to see him is a very good experience.

When we go to the doctor, it is very important that the doctor hears us carefully, without looking at the hand-watches without demonstrating busyness, calling assistants to continue listening to the patient (I have met this many times from different doctors). Dr. Skarlat is VERY attentive and sympathetic doctor! This is important. The doctor is assisted by 2 people who were friendly and attentive to my questions. I recommend Dr. Skarlat &his team.
