She was so welcoming , felt comfortable and calm in a situation that could have been a lot worst . My son had a head injury and she was talking me through everything , making both my 6 year old and myself a lot more comfortable. SShow morehe was even able to clean his cut and he was more calm than I thought , such a great experience in a somewhat scary moment .

She was even able to clean his cut and he was more calm than I thought , such a great experience in a somewhat scary moment .
The doctor was thorough and helpful with my diagnosis. She recommended a CT scan at the ER as a follow up to my situation at the time.
She was wonderful, very kind and very professional. My daughter felt better once she met her. Thank you so much.

The time I went was seen within an hour. I usually go there if my granddaughters get sick unexpectedly they usually do a good job of taking cared of my granddaughters. I just would not the best the cleanness and sanitize.

Yuumna is clearly knowledgeable, did a very good job diagnosing the issue. If it was up to me I'd give Yuumna a raise as she seems to add a lot to that urgent care. Idk what else nice to say, but go Yuumna!
