I was pleasantly surprised that my low back pain had reduced and allowed me to stand and visit with neighbors as well as clean my bathroom and be completely fine the next day. This continued for me for almost a weeks time and aftShow moreer my 2nd visit I once again noticed my low back pain diminish as I was driving away from the office and just got done with a 6 mile bike ride. Im happy to have found Zachary Homer and how he works to improve the fascia. Its really working in my situation. =)
I took my 10 year old daughter to Zachary Homer at Targeted Chiropractic after her second complaint of back pain following an injury related to gymnastics. After about 10 minutes of therapy she still wasn’t quite sure of whether oShow morer not her pain was gone. With a few more questions from Zachary and 5 more minutes of treatment she said her pain was gone! He took the time to learn about her pain and followed up on the pain during the appointment. I will definitely be taking her back in the future!

Sciatic pain is common problem for so many people. Zach was able to quickly understand how I was affected. He then went to work and released the soft tissue issue I had. Once that was released he did some adjustments to release my hips and spine. I feel so much better now! Thank you!!

I seriously now live without pain. My previous chiropractor, who I saw for 20 years, while really good, lacked what Dr Zach does - myofacial release prior to the adjustment. When I moved to AZ last year, I searched for good chiropractic doctors who might be similar to my old chiropractor and was lucky to find Dr Zach. I can’t recommend him enough!
