Dr. Johnson listened to my symptoms, reviewed the diagnostic imaging with me explaining what it showed, was clear and helpful in describing what was causing my issues and what needed to be done. Since the surgery Dr. Johnson has Show morebeen very responsive to my questions. He always returns my call personally , often the same day and always within 24 hours. In my follow up appointments he is patient, answers all my questions and never makes me feel rushed. His assistant, Katie, also great!

Dr. Johnson is very thorough; he listens well, asks questions, is not one to rush to surgery, but gives alternatives before recommending surgery. I fully trust him. And he's nice! The staff is also kind and attentive. Only good things to say. Last, they have an imaging center next door, if you need to get an x-ray, c-scan or mri!
Dr. Johnson was amazing!! Extremely knowledgeable and gave me great confidence in his abilities going into surgery. He was thoughtful, well spoken, and answered all my questions plus some. Dr. Johnson has been great through the process of my operation and post-op visits. He's been understanding and empathetic, while taking time to listen to what I have to say. Between him and his Admin Asst, Katie, my surgery was scheduled quickly. He explained what would happen and checked on me before and after the procedure. Post-op visits have been great, as I'm healing well and things look good for the future. I feel I couldn't have asked for a better experience!

Dr. Johnson was very thorough is reviewing tests by another doctor. He suggested any method of treatment immediately. He listened and made sure I had no other questions. In one visit, I am convinced he will help me.

After struggling with back issues far too long, having met and talked with many renowned practices and surgeons, upon meeting Dr Johnson I knew instantly that I had met the surgeon I had been seeking. Sitting here now 3 days after my surgery, and while a little stiff and sore, I can already tell my confidence in Dr Johnson was not misplaced. I couldn’t give a more glowing recommendation for this young surgeon. He’s simply top drawer!

Dr. Johnson is both cool and casual at the same time. From the first time I met him to pre/post op today he was awesome. I could talk to him like my brother (more like my son). And his entire office staff to the staff at the Surgical Center were so very accommodating. I felt totally comfortable and relaxed in such a time that feeling that way is important. I would highly recommend Dr. Johnson for any neurological or spinal issues. Terry Robinson

Dr Johnson is a really fantastic doctor, surgeon and man. He’s caring and he explains everything in depth that you can see and understand. His assistant Katie is the second half of this dynamic duo. Katie works with you on all the needs for Dr Johnson. They are the BEST.
Dr Johnson ordered an MRI, CT and X-Ray of my lumbar spine. He then apologized and said he could not help me. He explained how another surgery would make my situation worse. It is so refreshing to find an honest Neurosurgeon. He has an excellent manner.
This was my third visit to see Dr. Johnson. Again, he took the time to answer all my questions and made me feel important. Although no surgery has been planned, as this is a last option, when the time comes, I have total confidence in him.
Dr Johnson is the best at what he does. He removed a tumor from my mother’s neck and he did great. He is very personal and professional. He explains the situation very well and would definitely recommend him.
