Zachary Lyons, MD, is a board-certified family medicine physician specializing in concierge medicine for adults at Lyons Family Medicine in Glenside, Pennsylvania. As a doctor, his goals not only include helping people improve their health, but also developing meaningful, long-term relationships.
Lyons Family Medicine offers Lyons CCPHP, a concierge program in which members receive intensive, personalized health solutions that include wellness enhancements that drastically improve the health care experience. It also includes access to telehealth.
Dr. Lyons began his education at Franklin & Marshall College in Lancaster, Pennsylvania. He then accepted a scholarship to the Geisinger Commonwealth School of Medicine in Scranton, Pennsylvania as a member of their charter class. Dr. Lyons was recognized by the Gold Humanism Honor Society for outstanding clinical and interpersonal skills. Upon graduation, he returned to his hometown and completed his family medicine residency at Abington Jefferson Hospital.
The son of a family physician, Dr. Lyons' interest in medicine developed at a young age as he watched the special relationship between his father and his patients. After completing his residency, Dr. Lyons realized one of his professional aspirations by joining his father, Michael Lyons, MD, in clinical practice and forming Lyons Family Medicine.

Not the usual doctor office atmosphere. You feel welcome and they are happy to see you! Talk to you in a relaxed manner and I am glad I found Dr Lyons!

I’ve been a patient of the Lyons medical group for over 30years I started out as the father’s patient now I’m. Primarily seen by the son Dr Zachary Lyons who was just an adolescent when I became a patient. To me they are the best medical team ever! I just love them! they make me feel like part of the family while providing me the best medical care
I see Dr. Lyons every 2 to 3 months for blood work and weight management. Dr. Lyons treats me for high blood pressure as well as anxiety. He is professional and thorough. I am learning new strategies.
Dr. Zach has helped me tremendously. I was embarrassed to seek mental health help and he got me on track. But wait there’s more. His manner is top notch. He knows his stuff - and most importantly, he’s trustworthy. He’s my jump off point for non emergency related medical guidance.
Zach has continued the “old school” style of care that I experienced with his father, Michael. And that is a good thing. Zach always spends the time that is needed to answer any questions and review any test results, and he is always easy to talk to about anything. Dr Lyons, is detailed, caring, patient, and funny. I see him every 3 months and it feels like I'm catching up with my friend not some old outdated Doctor collecting a check. The absolute best at drawing blood. His staff is fantastic.
