I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Zael Vasquez. From my very first encounter with him, it was immediately apparent that he is an exceptionally knowledgeable, confident, compassionate, and dedicated physician who genuiShow morenely cares about the well-being of his patients. When my respiratory issues became increasingly difficult to manage, my allergist referred me to a pulmonologist. I ultimately found Dr. Vasquez through his outstanding Google reviews, and after reading about the experiences of his patients, I decided to make an appointment. Looking back, I can honestly say that choosing Dr. Vasquez was one of the best decisions I could have made for my healthcare. Dr. Vasquez has an incredible approach to medicine. He is extremely knowledgeable, confident, thorough, and genuinely caring. He takes the time to understand the complexities of his patients’ situations and approaches their care thoughtfully and comprehensively. It is very clear that he truly wants to see his patients get well. One of the things that meant the most to me was the level of commitment this entire team demonstrated when I was hospitalized. Dr. Vasquez personally came to see me in the hospital, and when he was not the physician on call, Dr. Boris Betancourt, MD, came to see me and made sure I continued to receive excellent care. I was also fortunate enough to have Julieta Alvarez, APRN, and Adayiba Zamora, APRN, come to see me during my hospitalization. Knowing that the entire team was involved and concerned about my well-being meant so much to me. Dr. Boris Betancourt, MD, is an exceptional physician whose knowledge, professionalism, compassion, and dedication were evident throughout my care. I am extremely grateful that he was there for me when Dr. Vasquez was not on call. Julieta Alvarez, APRN, and Adayiba Zamora, APRN, are both absolutely wonderful. They are knowledgeable, compassionate, attentive, and genuinely invested in their patients. I have felt heard, respected, and taken seriously by them, and their involvement in my care has been invaluable. What makes this practice so special is that it truly feels like a team. Every person brings something important to the care they provide, and I never feel as though I am simply another patient. I feel that they genuinely want to understand what I am experiencing and want to help me get better. Since becoming a patient of Dr. Vasquez, I feel that I am finally moving in a positive direction with my care, and I have much more confidence in the team managing my pulmonary health. Finding Dr. Vasquez through his excellent Google reviews was one of the best decisions I have made regarding my healthcare. I would recommend Dr. Vasquez, Dr. Betancourt, Julieta Alvarez, Adayiba Zamora, and this entire team without hesitation. They are not only highly knowledgeable medical professionals—they are compassionate human beings who genuinely care about their patients. Five stars do not begin to express how highly I regard this entire team. I am incredibly grateful to have found them and to be in their care.

Dr Vazquez and his staff are wonderful! Very proficient, thorough and professional. The entire staff, including the doctor I’ll always wonderful with the patient very personable and go above and beyond to answer all your questionsShow more. I know he’s in a busy practice, but he never acts like he’s pushing me out the door or rushed. He answers all my questions. Very caring office I would highly recommend to anyone looking for an excellent pulmonologist.
