From the time you walk in you are greeted immediately by the front desk staff, who are friendly, polite and very sufficient. Even when you call for refills or questions they have amazing follow through. Dr. Vazquez is one of the Show morebest. Easy to talk to and never feel rushed through my appointment. He doesn’t make you feel like another number. Recommend highly.
I took my dad for the first time to get a release for a non-pulmonary procedure and we were very pleased with the encounter. The doctor and staff were pleasant and profesional. The wait is minimum and office is very clean. As a reShow moresult, my dad will be going back to see Dr. Vazquez on a routine basis.
Zael Vazquez, MD, is board-certified in critical care medicine, pulmonary disease, and internal medicine. He is proud to provide state-of-the-art medical care to the North and West Broward communities at Pulmonary Care Clinics in Cooper City, Florida.
Dr. Vazquez completed a residency in internal medicine at Drexel University College of Medicine and a fellowship in pulmonary and critical care medicine at Temple University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, where he received special training in the management of patients with complex pulmonary problems such as pulmonary hypertension, interstitial lung diseases, and COPD.
He went on to pursue an advanced fellowship in thoracic transplantation at Temple University. He currently serves as the Chief of Pulmonary Medicine at Memorial Hospital Pembroke and Chief of Respiratory Services at Select Specialty Hospital.
He prides himself on providing excellent patient care in a compassionate, competent, confident, and communicative manner. Dr. Vazquez is fluent in the Spanish language. He enjoys cycling, physical fitness, and spending time with his wife and daughter.
