Careful review of labs indicated that my thyroid medication needed to be increased. Refill adjustments were called in and I was given a sample box for the new dosage until the new was filled.

Dr. Mirza is very thorough, and is excellent at teaching his patients what they need to know about their disease, the treatments, drugs, how/when to take or inject their medication, etc. His medical assistant is VERY good in explaining how to use the Apps that we need to use for monitoring glucose, how to connect to transmit the data, etc. Kudos to her! I highly recommend Dr. Mirza.

As always, my appointment with Dr Mirza was on-time and dealt with everything! Check-in went very smoothly - the front office staff is very friendly and efficient. Dr Mirza is a very caring doctor who looks for more than just obvious symptoms. He doesn't rush the visit and is caring about anything in your life that might be impacting the primary reason you are there to see him. I have been seeing him for years and can't imagine switching to any other endocrinlogist.
