Through my years as a staff nurse, I found my passion for mental health and desired to be apart of the change in ending the stigma surrounded by substance abuse and mental health. Edward O. Oladipo, MSN, APN, PMHNP-BC, began his mental healthcare career over a decade ago. Shanalein Cruz, LMHC, is a Clinical Mental Health Counselor. Shanalein works virtually. She also has over nine years of experience working with LGBTQ youth, children who are abuse survivors, and associated mental disabilities. Her areas of expertise include sexual abuse and emotional abuse. Other areas of her work experience encompass autism spectrum disorder, anxiety disorders, and ADHD.
