Dr. Jacob is a board certified psychiatrist and a Dallas native who provides compassionate, individualized and holistic care for her patients. She completed medical school at the University of North Texas Health Science Center – Texas College of Osteopathic Medicine. For her residency, she trained in general psychiatry at the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston, TX, where she served as the chief resident in her final year. Dr. Jacob has experience treating patients with Major Depression, Bipolar Disorder, anxiety disorders, substance use and PTSD among other conditions.
Her clinical interests include mood disorders, the interface between psychiatry & spirituality, and women’s mental health. She is also an assistant professor at TCU School of Medicine and an international speaker for a mental health charity organization.

He earned his medical degree from the University of Louisville School of Medicine and completed his internship and residency at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center and Parkland Memorial Hospital. In addition to treating patients, he is also an Assistant Professor at the University of Texas at Arlington, and he regularly publishes his research and studies in scholarly journals. Dr. Cohen is a Dallas resident who enjoys spending time outdoors and with his family when he is not working.
Diana Mummert is a psychiatrist caring for patients in Denton, North Fort Worth, and Keller, Texas. Dr. Mummert moved to North Texas from Romania upon completion of medical school to conduct research at UT Southwestern. She then completed her Residency in Psychiatry at John Peter Smith (JPS) Hospital. Dr. Mummert worked as a general psychiatrist in community and inpatient settings.

Tania Hastings was born in Canada and immigrated to Texas in 2005. She worked as a Registered Nurse for 12 years before becoming a psychiatric nurse practitioner. Tania became specialized in psychiatry as she developed a strong passion for mental health after studying this area of practice during nurse practitioner program. She graduated from the University of Texas at Arlington in 2016 as a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner, and has been absolutely loving her role ever since! Tania recently joined the Institute of Advanced Psychiatry and is excited to be working with such a kind and compassionate team. “Here at Advanced Psychiatry, I am able to offer a unique blend of mental health treatments across the lifespan. Diana Ghelber, MD Board certified psychiatrist serving adult patients at her private practice in Fort Worth & Granbury, Texas. At the Institute for Advanced Psychiatry, she specializes in treating patients with depression, especially treatment-resistant major depressive disorder, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), eating disorders, addiction, and insomnia.
At the Institute for Advanced Psychiatry, Dr. Ghelber offers an integrative approach to treatment, including transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS), ketamine infusions, medication, psychotherapy, and brain music therapy. She’s also a certified provider of buprenorphine treatment for opioid addiction.
Dr. Ghelber earned her medical degree at the Grigore T. Popa University of Medicine and Pharmacy in Iasi, Romania, the oldest medical school in southeast Europe. She completed her residency in psychiatry at the University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston. Dr. Ghelber is also trained and board-certified in adult psychiatry in Israel, where she spent 18 years working in various clinical and academic positions. During this time, she treated Holocaust survivors, victims of terror attacks, and patients with PTSD and eating disorders.
In order to offer her patients a diverse array of treatment options, Dr. Ghelber completed advanced training in TMS therapy at Duke University School of Medicine and Harvard Medical School. She uses the BrainsWay TMS system to help patients with treatment-resistant depression at the Institute for Advanced Psychiatry.
Dr. Ghelber is certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology and licensed to practice in the state of Texas. Her work has been published in medical journals and presented at international conferences.
