Hi There! Thank you for taking the time to learn more about me and how I can fit in your mental wellness journey. I hope the following information will be helpful to make your decision.
My name is Clayton. I'm a licensed mental health counselor in the state of Florida. As we work together we will establish trust as we explore your experience with mental health concerns. I practice from a place of collaboration and teamwork - relying on you as your own best expert! We will set therapy goals and begin our work. I practice utilizing a blend of ACT, CBT, and Solution Focused concepts to build emotional regulation, effective problem solving, and understanding the function behind emotions and thoughts. I'm also trained in EMDR therapy which can be helpful for reprocessing trauma and managing reactions that present from it.
If you believe we are a good fit, please book an appointment and we can get started.
My passion is helping people heal on multiple levels—emotional, psychological, relational, and, when appropriate, spiritual. My work is grounded in evidence-based mental-health care, but I also honor the moments when clients feel called to explore deeper meaning, intuition, or inner wisdom. I don’t force spirituality into the process, but I make space for it when it naturally supports someone’s growth.
My approach is collaborative and down-to-earth. I help people untangle old patterns, navigate major life transitions, and reconnect with the parts of themselves they’ve had to set aside to survive. I’m especially passionate about helping high-functioning adults, professionals, and caretakers who are used to being the strong one finally have a place to be understood. I will utilize an eclectic approach interweaving, EMDR, CBT, TF-CBT, Mindfulness, DBT and other techniques.
For those interested in more expansive modalities, I offer preparation and integration support for psychedelic-assisted therapy. My role isn’t to push an agenda—it’s to help people make sense of their experiences, stay grounded, and integrate insights in a way that aligns with their values, their life, and their emotional well-being.
Whether I’m working with grief, identity shifts, trauma, or the quiet ache of “there has to be more than this,” my goal is always the same: to create a space where people feel safe enough to be fully themselves, curious enough to grow, and supported enough to step into whatever version of life feels most authentic and aligned.
I offer in-person services in Jupiter, Florida at Clarity Health Solutions. I also offer HIPAA-compliant video sessions for Florida and Colorado Residents.

I believe in empowering the people I work with to accomplish their own goals, understand their triggers and use positive coping skills when dealing with adverse situations in their life.
My belief is in meeting people where they are, addressing their individual needs and barriers such as childhood traumas, mood disorders such as depression and anxiety, low self-esteem, intimacy and trust issues, communication and anger problems.
My approach to therapy is solution focused, multicultural, cognitive therapy and identifying strengths.
I am also trained as a professional life coach, helping people be leaders in their own lives, setting realistic goals and partnering with you to accomplish those goals. So if you are feeling unable to find peace or struggling with negative thoughts and feelings, let me guide you through this process and empower you to make those changes.

“I would like to express my sincere gratitude for the incredible support and care that Ana Carolina has provided to both me and my son. Ana Carolina’s professionalism, patience...
My son is naturally very shy, and seeing the progress he has made under Ana Carolina’s guidance has been truly heartwarming. She has created a safe and welcoming environment where he feels comfortable to open up and grow, and that means so much to us.
Thank you for everything, Ana Carolina.”
