He completed a Hand and Upper Extremity Fellowship at the University of Pittsburgh and an Orthopedic Surgery Residency at Penn State University–Milton S. Hershey Medical Center. Dr. Farino earned his medical degree from Temple University School of Medicine, where he graduated AOA, and completed his undergraduate education at DeSales University, graduating magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Science in Biology.
