Sotirios Papafragkou, MD, FACS, is a triple board-certified surgeon at Plastic Surgery Associates of Long Island in Roslyn Heights, New York. Dr. Papafragkou is board-certified in plastic surgery, hand and microvascular surgery, and general surgery.
