Tanya Oswald, MD, is a cosmetic, plastic, and reconstructive surgery specialist at Estetica Nova in Centennial, Colorado.
As Estetica Nova’s founding physician, Dr. Oswald brings over 18 years of experience. She is board-certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery and completed her fellowships in microsurgery, complex wound reconstruction, and hand and peripheral nerve surgery.
Upon completion of her fellowships, Dr. Oswald joined a private plastic and hand surgery group for several years. She later became a vital part of a nationally known Burn and Reconstructive Surgery practice where she helped develop burn treatment programs for patients in multiple states. There, she assisted patients and their families in need of financial assistance and social support. She also started a laser burn scar treatment program to alleviate patients with devastating burn scar deformities. Pradeep Raj Rai, MD, FASAM, is a board-certified medical doctor and a Fellow of the American Society of Medicine. He is the medical director at Magnolia Medical Group, with locations in Denver and Wheat Ridge, Colorado, and he is board-certified in addiction medicine to offer the highest-quality care to every patient he sees.
Dr. Rai received his bachelor’s degree in cellular and molecular biology from Tulane University in New Orleans, Louisiana, before going on to earn his medical degree. After working for several years in the field of addiction medicine, he founded Magnolia Medical Group to provide the residents of Colorado with resources for addiction that combine behavioral health solutions alongside effective medical care.

Bryce was born and raised in Denham Springs, Louisiana, where he attended college at Louisiana Tech University to play baseball and majored in Biology. He then went to medical school at Louisiana State University’s School of Medicine in Shreveport. In his spare time, he loves being outside in nature, so naturally, Colorado is the place to be! He has really gotten into skiing since living here, and also loves hiking and fishing. He is not quite sure what area of medicine he'd like to specialize in, but he does know that it is very important to him to be in a position that provides excellent care to patients. That's what life is all about - folks taking care of folks!

Peter Stratil, MD, MBA, is the Medical Director of RIA Endovascular. He also practices as a vascular interventional radiologist from the RIA Endovascular location in Greenwood Village, Colorado. Dr. Stratil performs minimally invasive procedures, treating conditions like cancer and vascular disease.
Dr. Stratil earned his medical degree from the University of Chicago Pritzker School of Medicine in Chicago, Illinois, and his MBA from the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business. In addition to interpreting radiology studies, he is also skilled in business development for radiology practice.
After a transitional internship at Resurrection Hospital in Chicago, Illinois, Dr. Stratil completed a residency in diagnostic radiology and a fellowship in interventional radiology at the University of Washington Medicine in Seattle.
Dr. Stratil is board-certified by the American Board of Radiology. He has co-authored publications on embolotherapy for visceral trauma, vascular imaging, pediatric radiology, and giant cell tumors. He has also presented on the business of radiology before the Association of University Radiologists.
