Dr. Melissa Loja, MD, MAS, FACS, FSVS, RPVI, completed medical school at the University of California at Davis. She went on to be among the first in the nation to complete a specialized integrated vascular surgery residency program at the University of California at Davis. Dr. Loja was selected for the highly competitive NIH funded T32 research grant, which led to widely cited publications. She attained a Master's degree in Clinical and Translational research from these efforts. In addition, she holds a Bachelor's degree in Biologic Sciences, also obtained at the University of California at Davis.
