Dr. Martin earned his Bachelor of Arts from Yale University in New Haven, Connecticut, and his medical degree from Duke University in Durham, North Carolina. He is board-certified in general and vascular surgery and received certification from the American Board of Venous & Lymphatic Medicine in 2008. Thus, he recognized the need for specialized wound therapy.
Dr. Martin is currently on staff at Florida Hospital and Orlando Health, and is a member and former president of the Florida Vascular Society. He is also a member of numerous regional and national vascular societies, including the Society for Vascular Surgery, Southern Association of Vascular Surgery, American Venous Forum, American College of Phlebology, Association for the Advancement of Wound Care, and Society of Vascular Ultrasound.
