Dr. Elmarsafi completed his medical school training at the New York College of Podiatric Medicine in 2016. Dr. Ulloa joined the team at Vascular Surgery Associates in 2011. After earning his undergraduate degree from Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia, he returned to his home state of New Jersey, where he completed his medical school training at Rutgers Biomedical and Health Sciences (formerly the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey) in Newark.
