Eric M. Smith, MD, is a board-certified by the American Board of Urology with expertise in kidney stones, prostate cancer, bladder cancer, men’s health, and incontinence.
Dr. Smith graduated from Northwestern University in Evanston, Illinois and received his medical degree from the Indiana University School of Medicine. He went on to complete his general surgery training and urology residency at Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio.
Since 1994, Dr. Smith has practiced medicine at Summit Urology in Bloomington. He has extensive experience in general urology, and regularly performs kidney, bladder, and prostate surgery. Dr. Smith is committed to providing the best medical care possible. His patients don’t have to wait for treatment; they can receive it immediately when they need it.
Dr. Smith is a member of the American Urological Association, Licensed in Indiana and Ohio, and has advanced training in endourology.
He enjoys the practice of medicine, reading, tennis, skiing, and traveling with his family.
Brian J. Logue, MD is a board-certified urologist with a special interest in kidney stone surgery.
Dr. Logue grew up in South Bend, Indiana, graduated from the University of Notre Dame and the Indiana University School of Medicine. He received his initial general surgery training from Vanderbilt University in Nashville, Tennessee, and went on to complete his residency in urologic surgery at George Washington University Medical Center in Washington, DC.
An expert in prostate enlargement, vasectomy reversal, and kidney stone disease and prevention, Dr. Logue is one of the founders of Summit Urology. For the over 35 years, he has worked tirelessly to raise the standard of urologic care in Indiana. Dr. Logue believes that patients should have immediate access to care and that expecting people to wait months to see a doctor for kidney stones doesn’t work.
He’s a fellow of the American College of Surgeons, a member of the American Urological Association, and the Indiana State Medical Association. Besides his work at home, Dr. Logue shares his expertise with those in need around the world and has spent time working at a mission hospital in Pakistan.
In addition to his interest in medicine, Dr. Logue enjoys traveling and collecting vintage automobiles.
