Board-certified cardiologist, Sumit Mittle, MD, FACC, brings his expertise in clinical cardiology, echocardiography, and nuclear cardiology to Premier Cardiology Consultants, which serves residents from around New York City, plus Nassau and Suffolk counties, from locations in New Hyde Park on Long Island, Forest Hills, Rochdale, Jamaica, and Richmond Hill in Queens, New York.
Dr. Mittle began his career at Cornell University, where he studied biological sciences and graduated with distinction. He then earned his medical degree at Albert Einstein College of Medicine in the Bronx, New York.
After his schooling, Dr. Mittle did his medical residency and completed a fellowship in cardiovascular disease at North Shore University Hospital-Long Island Jewish Medical Center in Queens, New York. He is board-certified in cardiovascular disease by the American Board of Internal Medicine. He is also a fellow of the American College of Cardiology.
Dr. Mittle brings years of training and experience to his practice at Premier Cardiology Consultants and has helped countless patients with his expert diagnosis, treatments, and preventive care. He promotes a supportive and educational clinical practice and always takes the time to build a relationship with each of his patients, which he believes contributes greatly to stronger outcomes from the treatments he provides.
