“This has been a problem before and there is always an issue since this location came under new management about 2-3 years ago. They didn't send me a reminder for my bi-yearly checkup and cleaning and I had to schedule again, so I scheduled for 1pm and they confirmed at least 5 times via phone, text, and email. Once I arrived they said that's weird, because 1pm is when everyone is on lunch. They rescheduled me for 2pm, so I left and came back before 2pm to a room full of patients, all of which were taken ahead of me. I was then called in to sit in a dentist chair, where I sat for another 45 minutes to "wait for the x-ray" machine. I don't know why but the receptionist is rude and everyone acts as if I am the one being unreasonable or irrational when they are incompetant and I was made to be inconvenienced due to their inability to schedule correctly (oncd I arrived they said the system had me schduled for 5pm?!). I left after 2 hours wasted and still not seen for what should have been a simple and routine cleaning, with much more time wasted than should have been, and I am forced to find a new dentist. I hope they close soon and find new management as this location is convenient for me and my only reason for attempting the aforementioned appointment.”
