A graduate of the University of Maryland Dental School, Dr. Cha went on to complete advanced clinical training in general dentistry, oral surgery, and endodontics at York Hospital in Pennsylvania. He later brought his skills to Northern Virginia, where he practiced in a group setting and further developed his expertise in cosmetic and implant dentistry.
In 2003, Dr. Cha co-founded C&R Dental Care with Dr. James Ryee. What began as a private practice in Virginia has since grown into a trusted multi-location dental group known for its compassionate, high-quality care.

Dr. Kristin Bae completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Virginia, graduating with a bachelor of arts degree in chemistry. She entered the dental program at the University of Maryland’s College of Dental Surgery in Baltimore, Maryland, and she graduated with a doctor of dental surgery degree in 2000. The dental program at the University of Maryland is the oldest dental college in the world and the only dental school in Maryland, graduating top notch doctors for many decades. After graduation, Dr. Bae joined Dulles Dental Group and has remained with the organization for the last 16 years. Dr. Bae’s goal is to help each person in her care establish and maintain his or her dental health. She enjoys being able to provide care for the entire family. Dr. Zia Ahmadzada completed his undergraduate education at the University of New York at Albany in 1997. He then went on to receive, in 2002, a doctorate of dental medicine (DMD) at Tufts University School of Dental Medicine in Boston, Massachusetts, one of the oldest dental schools in the United States. As the second largest dental school in America, with a class size of approximately 190 students each, it has an excellent reputation, and it is renowned as a center for academic and clinical excellence. While at Tufts, Dr. Ahmadzada was recognized for attaining the Dean’s list for outstanding achievement and high performance on the National Board of Dentistry. He was also awarded an Endowed Prize Award for Ethics. Dr. Ahmadzada has been practicing general dentistry in Northern Virginia for 14 years and is dedicated to ensuring his patients receive the best possible care. His goal (and that of his team) is to provide comprehensive dental care for the whole family. His experience includes preventative and cosmetic dentistry, such as porcelain veneers, bonding, and tooth-colored fillings; endodontic procedures, such as root canals; and restorative dentistry, such as crowns and bridges. After finishing dental school, he completed a general practice residency at Evanston Hospital in Illinois. During this time, Dr. Rollor refined his skills and gained further experience in treatment especially in managing medically compromised patients. He then returned to Baltimore to complete his training in endodontics at the University of Maryland School of Dentistry, where he earned a Masters degree in Dental Biomedical Sciences and a certificate in Endodontics. Dr.Rollor is a member of the American Dental Association (ADA), American Association of Endodontists (AAE), and Maryland State Dental Association (MSDA).
