Dr. Burk is a board-certified dermatologist with 40 years of experience diagnosing and treating both garden-variety and rare, complex dermatologic disorders.

A graduate of Duke University Medical School, Dr. Burk served for many years as Head of the Division of Dermatology at the Montefiore Medical Center in the Bronx, where he continues to instruct residents and fellows as a volunteer teaching attending.

Philip Fried, MD, is the medical director at West Derm Center, which he originally founded in 1991. Under Dr. Fried’s expert guidance, the practice has grown to six New York locations, one each in White Plains, New Rochelle, and Yonkers, and their Bronx offices in Pelham Gardens and Riverdale. At each location, Dr. Fried ensures that patients have access to a wide range of dermatological and aesthetic services.

Dr. Fried began his education at Touro College in Manhattan, where he graduated magna cum laude. He went on to earn his medical degree at the Albert Einstein College of Medicine in the Bronx. 

Dr. Fried completed a general surgery internship at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey in Newark and served as a dermatology resident at New York Medical College in Valhalla. Dr. Steven J. Brooks is a Board-Certified Dermatologist who completed his dermatology residency at St. John’s Episcopal Hospital in New York. Dr. Brooks is an Associate Clinical Professor of Dermatology at Columbia Presbyterian Medical Center, a Fellow of the American Osteopathic College of Dermatology and Fellow of American Academy of Dermatology. He is a Long Island native who received his Bachelors of Science degree in Biology from SUNY Stony Brook, followed by his Master’s of Science degree in Bio-Medical research from Eastern Virginia Medical School. He attended medical school at Nova Southeastern University in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Prior to dermatology residency, he completed family medicine training and is also Board-Certified in Family Practice. Radha Mikkilineni, MD, FAAD, is glad to be the current director of dermatopathology at All Island Dermatology, Plastic Surgery and Laser Center. She has over 10 years of experience in dermatopathology and clinical dermatology, and makes her patients feel welcome and comfortable during their visits to the Glen Cove and Garden City, New York practice.

A graduate of Georgetown Medical School, Dr. Mikkilineni was an intern at Yale-New Haven Hospital, and completed her residency in dermatology at Case Western Reserve-University Hospitals. She then went on to her fellowship at New York University.

Samantha Busgith is a licensed and certified Family Nurse Practitioner at All Island Dermatology Plastic Surgery & Laser Center in Glen Cove and Garden City, New York.

Samantha earned her Master of Science in nursing and Family Nurse Practitioner post-master's degree at Columbia University, and is currently working on her clinical Doctorate of Nursing Practice at Columbia University with a focus in dermatology.

Prior to completing her Family Nurse Practitioner degree, Samantha worked in dermatology for 12 years and this is where she developed her passion for this field. She worked under the guidance of physicians providing care to a wide demographic of patients with special focus on medical dermatology. Samantha is known for her caring, competent, and compassionate nature even when dealing with the most challenging cases.
