Dr. Allen N. Sapadin graduated summa cum laude from Yeshiva Univeristy and received his medical degree from the Mount Sinai School of Medicine. Prior to accepting a research fellowship at Mount Sinai Medical Center, Dr. Sapadin attended Rutgers Law School and graduated with honors. 

He returned to Mount Sinai to complete a dermatology residency and served as Chief Resident in his third year. While a resident he earned many awards, including election to the Alpha Omega Alpha (AOA) medical honor society. Each year this honor is bestowed upon three of six hundred residents at Mount Sinai Medical Center. In his third year of residency Dr. Sapadin was chosen by the American Academy of Dermatology to represent the United States at the annual British Association of Dermatologists meeting.

Following his residency, Dr. Sapadin joined the full-time faculty at the Mount Sinai School of Medicine. There he earned the prestigious Solomon Silver award for excellence in clinical medicine.

Christos Dimitris Zouzias, MD, MBA, is a board-certified dermatologist and fellowship-trained Mohs Micrographic Surgeon at MDCS Dermatology. Dr. Zouzias specializes in procedural dermatology, skin cancer management, and Mohs micrographic surgery, offering personalized and patient-centered care to ensure the best outcomes for his patients. Dr. Zouzias earned both his Bachelor of Arts and Doctor of Medicine degrees at New York University (NYU) in New York City. He also holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from NYU’s Stern School of Business. Prior to medical school, he completed a student research fellowship in supportive oncodermatology, studying the dermatologic side effects of chemotherapy and radiation therapy under the mentorship of Dr. Beth McLellan, the current chief of dermatology at Montefiore Medical Center.

Dr. Naseer earned her bachelor’s degree in neuroscience at Dartmouth College in Hanover, New Hampshire, where she graduated with honors in 2009. She then moved south to Washington, DC, to attend Georgetown University for her master’s degree in biophysiology. After completing it in just one year, she moved to New York to earn her medical degree through The State University of New York Jacobs School of Medicine and Biomedical Sciences and Buffalo University, where she graduated summa cum laude. 

After finishing her formal education, Dr. Naseer continued training with a pediatric preliminary year at Cohen Children’s Medical Center/Northwell Health in Queens, New York. She grew up in Southern California and graduated as a Presidential and Renaissance
scholar from the University of Southern California. She subsequently moved to New
York to earn her medical degree at Weill Cornell Medical College. During medical school,
she was inducted into the Alpha Omega Alpha honor society and a recipient of the
Glasgow-Rubin Memorial Achievement Award honoring select women for academic
achievement.

Dr. Shah completed her internship at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center and
her dermatology residency at New York-Presbyterian Weill Cornell Medical Center. In her
final year, she served as Chief Resident. Following residency, she completed
subspecialty fellowship training in Mohs micrographic surgery, cutaneous oncology, and
reconstructive surgery at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center and Weill Cornell
Medicine. She then became Director of Mohs Micrographic Surgery at
Northwell-Lenox Hill Hospital.

Dr. Shah's primary clinical focus is the management of skin cancers including
squamous cell carcinoma, basal cell carcinoma, early-stage melanoma, and rare

Dr. Camp graduated with honors from Cornell University, earning a degree in biochemistry. Dr. Penzi completed her bachelor’s degree in biology and mathematical sciences at Loyola University Maryland, where she graduated summa cum laude. She went on to finish her medical degree at New York Medical College in Valhalla, where she was a member of the Alpha Omega Alpha honors society. After graduating, Dr. Penzi completed an internal medicine preliminary internship at NYU Winthrop Hospital in Mineola, New York, before pursuing an alopecia clinical and research fellowship at Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston. She completed her intern year at NYU Winthrop Hospital and went on to complete her dermatology residency training at the renowned Johns Hopkins Hospital. Additionally, Dr. Penzi also spent a year at Harvard Dermatology for a hair loss fellowship at Massachusetts General Hospital. Throughout her training, Dr. Penzi has made many notable research contributions, and has been published in some of the top dermatology journals including JAMA Dermatology, as well as the Journal of the American Academy of Dermatology. She continues to stay at the forefront of dermatologic education and research in order to provide the best care to her patients.

Dr. Penzi is dedicated to the health and beauty of her patients’ skin. She prioritizes preventative measures to combat both skin cancer and aging. Dr. Penzi treats patients of all ages and has a special interest in acne, rosacea, skin cancer, eczema, psoriasis, and hair loss. She believes in a personalized, comprehensive, and natural approach to cosmetic dermatology. She enjoys performing a wide range of cosmetic procedures including neurotoxins, fillers, platelet rich plasma injections, and cutting-edge laser treatments.

Dr. Penzi was born and raised on Long Island, NY, where she now resides with her husband and son. She is thrilled to be able to practice dermatology in her hometown. Dr. Penzi welcomes patients at the Plainview, Commack, and Hampton Bays locations.
