Dr. Rallis obtained her Bachelor of Science degree with honors, followed by her medical degree
with honors from the University of New Mexico School of Medicine. During medical school, she
was elected to the prestigious Alpha Omega Alpha society. She then completed her internal
medicine residency at the University of Utah and became board certified in Medicine. However,
dermatology was her calling, leading her to pursue a Dermatology residency at the University of
Utah Health Sciences Center, where she served as Chief Resident during her final year. She
remained on staff for seven years, becoming an Assistant Professor. Following a family decision
to move to Greece, she became the Director of Dermatology at the Interbalkan European
Medical Center in Northern Greece. She returned to the US in 2016, working as a dermatologist
at Harvard Vanguard in Massachusetts before coming to NYC.

Dr. Rallis maintains active membership in the American Academy of Dermatology, The
European Academy of Dermatology, and the American Contact Dermatitis Society. Her areas of

She grew up in Southern California and graduated as a Presidential and Renaissance
scholar from the University of Southern California. She subsequently moved to New
York to earn her medical degree at Weill Cornell Medical College. During medical school,
she was inducted into the Alpha Omega Alpha honor society and a recipient of the
Glasgow-Rubin Memorial Achievement Award honoring select women for academic
achievement.

Dr. Shah completed her internship at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center and
her dermatology residency at New York-Presbyterian Weill Cornell Medical Center. In her
final year, she served as Chief Resident. Following residency, she completed
subspecialty fellowship training in Mohs micrographic surgery, cutaneous oncology, and
reconstructive surgery at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center and Weill Cornell
Medicine. She then became Director of Mohs Micrographic Surgery at
Northwell-Lenox Hill Hospital.

Dr. Shah's primary clinical focus is the management of skin cancers including
squamous cell carcinoma, basal cell carcinoma, early-stage melanoma, and rare

Toral Vaidya, MD, MPH, is a dermatology resident physician in New York, NY. Throughout her training, she has developed a keen interest in skincare, skin of color, and cosmetic dermatology. Dr. Vaidya is a media expert who regularly contributes to medical and beauty publications, such as Medscape Dermatology and Byrdie Beauty. Brendan Camp, MD, is double board-certified in dermatology and dermatopathology and sees patients at MDCS Dermatology: Medical Dermatology & Cosmetic Surgery, which has locations in Upper East Side, Hampton Bays, Commack, Smithtown, Plainview, and Midtown East of Manhattan, New York. Patients have been coming to him for his expertise managing medical conditions like acne, rosacea, eczema, warts, psoriasis, moles, and skin cancer, as well as cosmetic concerns and treatments with Botox®, fillers, lasers, and other skin rejuvenation devices.

Dr. Camp graduated with honors from Cornell University, earning a degree in biochemistry. As a medical student at SUNY Upstate Medical University in Syracuse, he participated in a one-year epidemiology fellowship at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) in Atlanta, Georgia, where he participated in viral outbreak investigations. He completed his internship in internal medicine at the University of Chicago and later completed additional residency training in dermatology at New York-Presbyterian Hospital/Weill Cornell Medical Center. He also completed a fellowship in dermatopathology at Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center in 2012.

Dr. Camp is the author of several scientific articles that have been published in the Journal of the American Academy of Dermatology, the Journal of Cutaneous Pathology, and the Journal of Clinical Oncology. He has also presented at meetings of the American Academy of Dermatology, the American Society of Dermatopathology, and the Society for Investigative Dermatology. Additionally, he is a reviewer for the Journal of the American Academy of Dermatology Case Reports, a member of the Curriculum Task Force and previous member of the Public Education Committee of the American Academy of Dermatology, and a contributor to Men’s Health magazine.

In his spare time, he enjoys cooking, golfing, and photography. He has also been published twice in the New York Times.

Regina Yavel, MD, FACMS, FAAD is a board certified and fellowship trained Mohs Surgeon, is a graduate of Brown University and SUNY Downstate Medical Center. Christos Dimitris Zouzias, MD, MBA, specializes in medical and procedural dermatology at MDCS: Medical Dermatology and Cosmetic Surgery with offices in the Midtown East and Upper East Side neighborhoods of New York City, as well as Smithtown, Commack, Hampton Bays, and Plainview, New York, and Clifton, Marlboro, and Englewood, New Jersey.

Dr. Zouzias earned his Bachelor of Art and Doctor of Medicine at New York University (NYU) in New York City. Prior to medical school, Dr. Zouzias spent a year completing a student research fellowship in supportive onco-dermatology, studying the side effects of chemotherapy and radiation therapy on the skin. He worked under the mentorship of Beth McLellan, MD, the current chief of dermatology at Montefiore Medical Center in New York City.

Following medical school, Dr. Zouzias earned a Master of Business Administration at NYU’s Stern School of Business. Then, he went on to complete his medical internship at North Shore Long Island Jewish Medical Center in Manhasset, New York.

Dr. Zouzias continued his training at Albert Einstein College of Medicine/Montefiore Medical Center in the Bronx, New York, completing his dermatology residency program. Lauren Penzi, MD, is an experienced dermatologist with the team at MDCS Dermatology: Medical Dermatology & Cosmetic Surgery. Dr. Penzi welcomes patients at the practice’s locations in Commack, Plainview, and Hampton Bays, New York.

Dr. Penzi completed her bachelor’s degree in biology and mathematical sciences at Loyola University Maryland, where she graduated summa cum laude. She went on to finish her medical degree at New York Medical College in Valhalla, where she was a member of the Alpha Omega Alpha honors society. After graduating, Dr. Penzi completed an internal medicine preliminary internship at NYU Winthrop Hospital in Mineola, New York, before pursuing an alopecia clinical and research fellowship at Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston.
