She continued her studies in clinical nutrition at The University of Texas Pan American before completing a fellowship at Indiana University School of Medicine. Kit's passion is educating and empowering patients to prevent long term complications caused by diabetes and other chronic diseases. Drawing from three decades of clinical expertise, Kit co-founded MNT Associates to bridge the gap between traditional healthcare and accessible nutrition therapy. Kit's practice stands out through its commitment to both patient care and healthcare provider partnerships. She works closely with primary care physicians and specialists to ensure comprehensive, coordinated care that delivers measurable and meaningful outcomes for both patients and providers.
