Rachel has experience in a wide range of specialties, including gut health, hormone balance, diabetes management, heart health, weight management, oncology nutrition, and eating disorders. She has experience working in acute care facilities, diabetes management and nutrition centers, and weight loss clinics, where she focused on building habits that support long-term success.
In her free time. Rachel enjoys reading, running, painting, playing the piano, and traveling to see what the world has to offer!

Stephanie truly enjoys helping and empowering those that are wanting to create a positive relationship with food and their body. Stephanie’s “no-diet” approach to health and wellness establishes the groundwork necessary to create lasting lifestyle changes and healthier habits. She takes an inclusive approach to all foods and body types, providing her clients with a safe space to speak freely about their habits and the flexibility to create their own definitions of healthy.
Specialties include clients that currently have or have a history of eating disorders (Anorexia nervosa, bulimia nervosa, binge eating disorder, and others), behavioral health diagnoses, substance use disorders, autism spectrum disorders, and depression. Other areas of expertise include inflammatory bowel disease (IBD, Crohn’s Disease, Ulcerative Colitis).
